Having someone you can call to do all the organising and cooking takes the stress out of entertaining at home. As usual, your food was divine and the service excellent. We love the way you take over the kitchen and organise everything to the last detail, and all I have to do is sit back, relax and be hostess.

'Starting with those fantastic canapes, and ending with once again, your special home made chocolate cake, that 'brought the house down!
