Sand Crab bruschetta with avocado, fresh tomato and basil oil.

Warm Tuna Nicoise-seared tuna,soft egg, green beans, cucumber, cherry tomato, red onion, black olives in beautiful lemon oil dressing.

Goats cheese , roasted cherry tomato and proscuitto served with toasts.

Jan's  Retro King prawn cocktail - King prawns, avocado, butter lettuce and seafood sauce

Seafood Pasta- a combination of king prawns, scallops, mussels, lemon, chilli and garlic, served on thin egg pasta.

'Field mushrooms with truffle oil served on sourdough and wilted spinach'

                                                                          

 'Pan fried blue eyed cod with grilled sundried vegtables and kipfler potato

'Beef Ragout with Polenta parmesean mash' and pan fried green beans, garlic, and cherry tomato.

'Greek double lamb cutlets served with steamed spinach, oven roasted cherry tomato, grilled Haloumi cheese, lemon  oregano, and infused olive oil.

'Reef & Beef' - Rib Eye with marinated  grilled prawns and bernnaise sauce. Served with rustic cut potato and garnish salad

'Victorian lamb rump with warm redcurrent sauce. Served with truffle mash, and vegetables.

Pan fried duck breast with Kipfler potato, steamed baby spinach ,duck stock, green peppercorn and cream sauce

'400 gram Beef on the bone served with hand cut  chips, grilled field  mushrooms and watercress salad
